Expired Super Lucky Color Film, ISO 200 - I adore the colours this expired film gives, but I could do without all the scratches…

I’m An Epic Fail

I totally dropped the ball on the Feb challenge, so I’m gearing up & mentally preparing for this one instead. (Also courtesy @FatMumSlim)

Kind of felt my other piece didn’t suit what I had in mind originally. It’s nicer to think of what might be happening up there now (depending on your beliefs), and personally I like to imagine Michael’s already there getting into Whitney’s ear like two, old friends.

New for #FebPhotoADay
Day 7: Button. My dog. As in ‘Cute as a…’. Get it?

Day 8: Sun. This is a bit of a cheat. Taken during an early morning rollerblade around the glorious seawall last summer.

I know, I skipped Day 6. But nobody wants to see a shot of what I eat for dinner anyhow.

Hey wow, look at me. Posting Day 5’s photo on… Day 5!
Day 5: 10am - downtown Oakville on a Sunday morning. Almost as busy at this time as it is on a Friday night. What a happenin’ town.

I made a little #FEBPHOTOADAY graphic for all my challenge photos. I’ll likely be posting 2 every other day instead of 1 a day. Because I’m time poor.
Day 3: Hand - my attempt at a pan photo. That would be my fist of fury, right there.
Day 4: Stranger - caught during a failed street photo walk

February Photo Challenge Day 1 & 2

I kinda dropped the ball on this already… here are shots for #1 and #2.

My goal: Do these all without any sort of retouching afterwards (other than cropping, maybe), in order to really push me to get a good shot the first time around.

Day#1 - your view today. Not that i was lying down on a path or anything. Just what I encountered on a walk.

Day#2 - words. A shot of a small portion of my photography books

I’ve decided in an effort to force myself to take a picture a day (not that i don’t want to, just that I’m time-poor), I’m starting a photo challenge offered up by @FatMumSlim .

Thanks to @lotusevents for posting about this.

I’m now taking a photography course

—Just a part time thing, so my photos should hopefully improve greatly. I’ll post homework as I go. Maybe. If the homework turns out any good.
